Her smile was dazzling on her face,
but her heart was longing for embrace.
Sun left the sky deep wine,
waiting for the stars to shine.
Her solitude was enough for her to suffer,
craving for the touch of her mother.
Stars soon swarmed in the sky,
but the clouds concealed the moon making the night cry.
Her voice was full of despair,
believing her defeat had no repair.
Sky was stormed by the rain,
Star's shine failed to sustain.
Accepting this was the end,
she chose death to befriend.
But the moon was almighty,
it fought against the clouds bravely.
Heaven was one stair away,
but a friend's call stopped her way.
The storm came to an edge,
stars will never be alone the moon pledged.
Her broken hopes were fixed strong,
her friend proved the unfair world wrong.
Stars glittered the sky bright,
love is enough to light up the night.
Again her smile never faded,
a new life with different colours was shaded.
Love is what we all need to spread,
stand for them whose hopes are dead.
